Imagine lighting sources that are cool to the touch, portable, self-contained with no cables to tie you down, and offer infinitely dimmable 5600ºK or 3200ºK output (with virtually no color shift) by simply turning a knob. Let’s suppose they use up to 95% less energy than conventional lights. Lamp life? A dream come true at over 50,000 hours. Power options?  Choose from snap-on batteries, AC adapters, cigarette lighter adapters, or run them off your camera battery. Better yet, there’s one that runs on AA batteries. Too good to be true? Not anymore.

It’s a whole new kind of production lighting. We call it Litepanels. You’ll call it a revolution in lighting.

 Ikan ID500

The ikan ID 500 LED 3-Light Kit (120VAC) gives you a complete lightweight lighting kit: three 5600K LED lights that are cool-running, use very little power and can be operated on AC power, or on DC power with an Anton Bauer or Sony V Mount battery (batteries available separately). A 3-channel remote control is included with this kit, so you can dim 3 lights and turn them on or off separately. Each ID 500 light mounts vertically or horizontally with the included adapter. For a complete lighting kit, 3 light stands, a 3-light carrying bag for the lights, and a carrying bag for the stands are included.  This kit is supplied for use with 120VAC.

Every unit comes with an RF remote control giving you command over the light's power and the ability to regulate each of the four light banks--the ID 500's remote operates on three separate channels so three lights can be controlled with the same remote

When one light just won't do, and you need a traditional light kit, ikan has you covered with the ID 500 3-Light Kit--each kit comes with 3 lights, 3 stands and 2 bags; just add camera and you're ready to shoot
